2012 The Year We Entered the Tunnel
While many of my predictions were optimistic on the time lines, the overall trends have stayed in the same direct. The main exception were the US/EU created twitter revolutions in the Arab world, which to tell the truth, I had not predicted, but which do, over all, move us towards the ultimate confrontation that will lead to the destruction of Turkey, the collapse of NATO and the final rise of the Fourth Reich, thus reserving a future battle between are reborn Orthodox Block and the Fourth Reich.
Russia
Russia will more than likely face a mild recession this year, as demand for exports (primarily oil, gas, steel and wood) falls, first due to the US/EU fall and then due to the Chinese hard landing. The Russian economy weathered the over all 2008 Crisis, the start of the Super Depression, quite well, regardless of statistics and returned to strong economic growth the following year. 2011 was characterized by strong growth with many European companies, especially the British and Germans, moving production into Russia, to avoid the insanity of the EU, meet minimum criteria for local production and be in position to survive the EU/US collapses. From Siemens to Microsoft, new facilities are popping up everywhere.
However, the second half of 2011 was also marked by a major assault by the US/UK’s Masonic elites upon Russia’s stability. As I mention in my article ((article)), the West, knowing it is on the brink of an irreversible collapse, must make sure not to leave the stage for the decade or so it will take to recover, without knocking Russian down too, otherwise, they will face a new order they are not willing to face.
This, in effect, has already plaid itself out and failed, though the US media may continue to hype it and push for a new Cold War, to get the attention of their destitute off of their pathetic plights. The coup failed, though it did, to some degree , rock the boat. On the bright side, the rocking will be used to further needed reforms, as a new excuse exists to move some of the blocks out of the way. In the longer term, it had the effect of bringing nationalist, and thus monarchist elements to a more central position and these seeds will continue to grow until some time, probably within the next 10 years, the monarchy will be reinstated. Of course, this will be even more detrimental to the US Masons, one of the most vile enemies of Christian Monarchy that Satan has even loosened upon the earth. But then again, that is what the term blow back is for.
I also predict that two wars will erupt: more than likely another war with Georgia, early on in the year. The Americans will need something else to push on Russia, now that their pathetic purchased coup has so utterly fallen on its face and their hoax media “coverage” was exposed for the utter spliced rubbish that it is. More than likely, the US/Georgians will use another major occasion, such as a holiday (Pascha) or sporting event, to start their war, for which they have been hyper rearming, on the US dollar, since 2008. It will be another short and bloody failure, again sacrificing several thousand Georgian lives for US propaganda value. Since the Russian international information services have failed to come to western standards, over the past 3 years, it will lead to the same results: victory on the ground, defeat in the opinion/mass media. It will, however, be a major blow to the US bought politicos inside of Russia and will lead to major instability in Georgia.
The main war of the year will come in the summer with Turkey, as I predicted previously. It will be a culmination of Edegan’s mad scheming to return the hated and barbaric Ottoman Empire to life and will instead result in the utter destruction of Turkey and the final collapse of the NATO rouge regime.
United States
This year, more then likely, America will transfer fully into a police state dictatorship. Sure, they will still have an “election” but the Republican candidate will be handpicked by the party’s elites, to make sure he loses to Obama and that Obama remains in power. By midyear the government will have the right to arrest without warrant or accusation “terrorists” and their “enablers”. This will be just in time, as inflation will continue to sky rocket and nations will continue moving away from the dollar. An example of this was the recent announcement from China and Japan that they will no longer use the USD in inter-nation trade, just another blow against the only real export the US has, outside of scrap metal and corn. Several major standoffs and shootouts with groups of sovereignty seekers will occur.
Black and Mexican on White and Asian violence will also escalate, but the partisan federal police will look the other way on the “oppressors” getting theirs.
As the economy continues to fall, as real unemployment, vs the fictional figures, continues to creep towards thirty percent, the public will grow ever more disenchanted and angry. More radical elements in Texas, the old Confederacy, Hawaii, Alaska, Maine and Vermont will call for independence and will be crushed. This will work out as all repressive measures work out, drawing instability underground but it will remain so.
Especially problematic for the US will be returning military, who will face little real employment outside the military. Equally problematic, will be the collapse of Mexico and the full wash over of the violence into the US.
Mid summer, when the Turkish war begins, the US, leading NATO will charge in. However, strong initial losses coupled with internal unrest, will cause it to pull back, to deal with the internal fractures.
Passports out of the US will also become much harder to get, as brain drain will become a serious issue. 2012 will be the year that many of the brightest will finally throw in the towel and head out, especially after the Nov elections.
Of course, than there’s the God factor. God punished the US with the many plagues, but the US elites have continued to practice greater and greater evil while the mindless masses screaming its not our fault (but we’re a Republic damn it!) continue to holler and yelp in glee at every new warfootage to entertain them. God gave America 1. Heavy winters, 2. Flooding, 3. Fires, 4. Drought, 5. Hurricane Flooding in the NE, 6. Crop Failures, 7. Earthquakes, 8. Early and heavy blizzards in Oct….eight plagues that have all been ignored. As is the way of God, things will only get worse as His rage grows.
Mexico
I know I have been predicting this for two years now, but the collapse will finally come this year. I am amazed how the Mexican government has been able to hold on, but with even the most prestigious resort areas of Acapulco and Cancun war zones and violence flooding into the capital of Mexico City, the end is neigh. This year alone, over 300 gangland murderers occurred in the capital.
With America pumping weapons, keeping the borders open and thus the drug trade going and allowing a safe place for the cartels to hide and recoop, the collapse of the state, that already holds less then half the country within its grasp, is inevitable.
This violence will spill over into the Gulf, further into Arizona, creating absolute chaos in that oblast and into Texas, New Mexico and California.
Brazil
The Brazil carry trade will finally collapse, along with the iron ore trade with China, as China suffers a hard landing. Coupled with a much lower demand for oil and gas, the main economies crash down, Brazil’s tens of millions of poor will bring the country and government to a standstill, bringing about civil strife and marshal law. The country will survive, but will exit 2012 in much worse financial shape then it entered.
Argentina
Argentina, having passed an insane “terrorism” bill that labels everyone and anyone who opposes the elected government as terrorists, open for indefinite detention, will face ever growing civil strife and the possibility of civil war. To that end, the government, as every government of its type and as Argentina has done in the past, will seek an external enemy, in this case, the traditional Falkland Islands. That there is great deposits of oil and gas already being exploited will just add to the bonus.
Argentina will launch another invasion and Britain will respond. However, the English navy is a shadow of its former self and it will not have US intelligence on its back. The Obama will be backing the Argentines and will give them vast intelligence which will cause the British to lose a carrier and several other ships. The Falklands will be occupied and the British will be unable to land reinforcements on it. To make sure it controls the islands, there will be a whole scale cleansing of the British population, placed on transports and sent to the UK.
No resolutions will pass in the UN, with the US blocking and calling for “cool” heads, while aiding the Argentines.
Cuba
Fidel will finally meet his maker this year and a nationalist government will seize power. This is not the good news that it would seem to the US, as those very same nationalists will start agitating for the Florida Keys and Miami, both effectively Cuban territories due to the mass migrations over the past 40 years.
Iceland
Iceland will continue to go its own way and will be blocked from European trade, as limited as that will become this year. For that reason, there will be major moves from the Kremlin to align the Icelanders into a Russian alliance. The Icelandic economy will be kept afloat, in large part, by Russian trade and monies, not the first time. While there will be realistic discussions about setting up Russian bases on Iceland, as long as NATO stands, which will be through most of this year, this will only be talk.
Ireland
Ireland, with the final collapse of the present EU system and the reformation and rise of the Fourth Reich, will be forced, by its people, to follow the Icelandic route, casting out the last vestiges of the EU. Economic turmoil will wrap the nation, but its low taxes will remain and several major US corporations, fleeing the Fascist regime in the US, will transfer and reregister in Ireland.
United Kingdom
Chaos, war, collapse and the signs of the return of the British. The whole cycle is in wake for the British, with large doses of pain and equal doses of hope. As reported two days ago, over 40,000 businesses look at shut downs in January alone, after another disastrous Christmas season.
The British will not follow the EU into the Fourth Reich formation, outright, but will hang around on the outskirts for the first half of the year, as the decent begins, unlike Ireland, Greece, Spain and Portugal, the first four that will leave outright.
When the British are defeated in Argentina, there will be massive unrest in the streets. David Cameron’s government will be able to hang on, however only by slim margins.
The Islamics, never missing a chance to make enemies, will be out in force mocking the defeated British. This will of course feed into the various right wing nationalists groups.
When the Turkish war explodes, the British will ever willingly to join in behind the Americans, as part of the NATO force. However, after losing several combat ships, they will back out quickly, as internal decent will bring down the government. Right wing Nationalists will grab for power, rallying around the monarchy, specifically the crown princes. The rest of the year will see street riots and battles with various Islamic groups and mass deportations by the new government.
France
France’s elections will go as planned, that is, Mary Le Pan will come no where near power, even though she has the majority of popular opinion behind her. The fellow Fourth Reich architect Sarkozy will remain in power, through every dirty trick, which may include the assassination of Mary. France will be a main figure in the Fourth Reich.
She will support the war against Russia, Greece and the Orthodox initially, but at the signal from Germany will pull out, allowing NATO to collapse and driving the last of the US vestiges out of Europe proper.
Germany
The German elites will continue at the full clip moving their nation into the full Fourth Reich union, regardless of what the people proper feel or want. When the war against Russia and Greece begins, Germany will back it and send some planes, though no ships or ground troops will be supplied. When NATO is full invested, which will not take long, Germany will pull out, along with France, crashing the party.
By the end of the year, the EU will be around in name only and NATO will be a crushed and discredited organization. The Germans will be running the whole thing, through their Belgian puppets.
Spain & Portugal
Spain’s economy will continue to implode and so will that of Portugal, neither nation able to control its currency. The war against the Orthodox and the collapse of NATO will cause major governmental turmoil and will crush the present right of center government. By the end of the year, they will eject themselves from the EU, as nationalists come to power. The two will form a free trade zone of their own, as well as continuing to make out reaches to Latin America and North Africa.
Italy
Italy’s downward spiral will continue and the NATO war will be a major embarrassment. However, as much as people want to leave the EU, it will not work, as the Brussels controlled government will not leave and Italy will become a second tier state, its finances controlled by Brussels but still not part of the EU “Core” aka Fourth Reich. There will be many civil disturbances throughout the country, especially in the south, which will continue to be flooded by North and Central Africans.
Poland
Poland’s alliance with the collapsing US empire will become fanatical. Caught between a resurgent and pissed off Russia and the rebirth of the Fourth Reich. Poland will remain in the EU but will continue to distance itself further and further.
Serbia
By the time the war with Turkey erupts, the Serbian Judases in power will be doing the famous helicopter on the roof run. When the Turkish tanks roll into Greece, the Serbian Radical party will rally the people to them, over throwing the puppet regime. Serbian fighters will already be heading down to fight the Turks, even as the government reorganizes and mobilizes the military.
Only part of the military will head to aid Greece, with the rest heading into Kosovo, over running and destroying the NATO forces in the area, and driving out the Albanian invaders in mass. NATO will pull out to a hostile Croatia, whose own nationalists will be rallying to the threat of the hated Turk.
Bulgaria
Bulgaria’s leadership will face a similar problem as Serbia’s. When the military is ordered to stay out of the war, as the Turks drive in, there will be a military coup as Orthodox Bulgarians take to the streets in defiance of their bankrupt puppet regime.
Bulgaria will also enter the war. American bases in Bulgaria will be besieged by the locals and the Bulgarian military will place the Americans under arrest, for the duration of the conflict.
Romania
Romania will stay out of the war with Turkey but its leadership will barely hold on to power, as it too is rocked by internal decent. They will then become an ever more fringe player in the “new” EU structure.
The Fourth Reich
The new and revised EU, one of close close and even closer cooperation, that is, one where all the fiscal power and thus all the power of the individual states is controlled by Brussels and thus by Berlin, will finally come into reality. The weaker states on the periphery will either be rejected, ejected or will self eject. The core states will be: Germany, France, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia (the last 3 for strategic reasons). The dictatorial union of the unified elites will of course be weak, at first. They will effectively gut NATO and fully back their EuroForce. Not all states will leave the EU but those not part of the FR will be a second tier at best and will have strong secessionist views in place.
The ultimate strategy of the FR will be no different than that of the Third Reich, but they will require several years to rebuild their economies and put themselves back on their collective feet, as well as create a real war machine. Of course the FR will still be part of the EU and will use that cover name, adding something to the tune of core states or some such.
Greece
Greece will over throw its government within the first half of the year, by a military coup. They will be the first EU puppet regime running for the roof top helicopters. Greece will equally exit out of the EU and will restart printing of the Drachma. There will be talks about alliances with and the appearance of Russian bases.
However, before these come to fruition, Greece’s alliance with Cyprus and Israel will pull it directly into war with Turkey. The Turks will be fighting a three front war, but a large enough force will drive into Greece. The Greeks will fight as hard as they can but will be overcome. The Turkish assault will stall in Thessaloniki amidst massive street to street fighting and also in the mountains to the north. The northern Greeks will be bolstered by Serbia, Macedonian and Bulgarian volunteers, which will further stall the Turkish drive. NATO and the EU will stay out of the fighting, at this point, calling weakly for all sides to come to terms. The Turks will enter central Greece, though much slower than expected, as their forces will be drawn off by a general Kurdish uprising and continued heavy fighting in northern Israel.
Russia will at first stay neutral, also calling for peace, however, it will cut the Turks off from gas and oil. Russian humanitarian aid will fly into Greece, over Bulgarian airspace, even as the Bulgarian government falls to its own military. After that point, active Russian aid will be drawn in.
Images of dead Orthodox Greeks, from Turkish atrocities, will drive the masses into the streets demanding direct intervention. The UN will be blocked by US/UK/French vetos, even as Russian volunteers start to flood into the Balkans. Russia will start to threaten Turkey and this will quickly escalate into air skirmishes. NATO will come alive, directly threatening Russia to stay out. Russia will, by this point be drawn deeply into the fighting, with Ukraine close at the hip.
The Russian military will attack directly through Georgia, who after four days of resistance, will collapse. Tbilisi will not be besieged by major forces, surrounded and forced into submission, as the bulk of the military will drive into Turkey proper. At this point Armenia will enter the war on Russia’s side and Azerbaijan on Turkey’s.
NATO will confront Russia in the Black Sea and will suffer a full defeat, cut off from Bulgarian support bases, with only Romania’s bases left. These will be degraded by Russian missiles and bombers. NATO ships will be sunk, most being American. NATO fighters will also be confronted at the edge of their operability over the Balkans and the Black Sea. This defeat, and Ukraine’s entry into the war on Russia’s side, will be used by the Germans as a reason to pull out and thus crush NATO from within.
By the end of the year, the Turks will have been checked in northern Israel, will be facing continual Syrian partisan warfare. They will have lost the eastern half of their country to Armenian, Kurdish forces, while Russia will be driving on them, sitting at the outskirts of Ankara. They will still hold Thessaloniki, but will have withdrawn from central Greece and will be under constant attack from the north by Greek, Serbian and Bulgarian forces. They will also have lost Cyprus by this point to S.Cypriot forces, unable to resupply it due to the other fronts.
The final destruction of Turkey, a Russian landing in Constantinople, as well as the capture of Ankara, will come in the first half of 2013. At this point, Turkey will face full dissolution as a nation, being divided into at least 3 maybe four parts: Greek (Byzentine), Armenian (Trebzon) and Kurdish south and southeast and maybe a smaller Bulgarian zone in the north of Turkey proper as well as a slice of northern Thrace.
Cyprus
Cyprus will ride out the war relatively easily compared to the rest in the area. Cyprus will suffer initial missile and bomber strikes by the Turks, directly on their infrastructure, including civilian zones, and on their gas drilling, shutting it down. However, the Greeks and Israelis will be involved and the Turks will suffer losses of planes needed in Greece and Israel. South Cyprus will instantly launch an assault on N.Cyprus and through hard fighting will drive out the Turks within several months.
Turkey
This year will bring Turkey its last war. Turkey’s government will continue to be run by the Islamic demagogue Erdegan. He will form a close alliance with Egypt and will back the Syrian Islamic Sunni revolutionaries, including an invasion of Syria, which will fall. Thus surrounding Israel.
Erdegan will seek the mantle of the new Sulman and will launch an assault on the Israelis and thus their Greek and Cypriot allies, pulling Turkey into a war it will not win.
By mid 2013, Turkey will be on the dust bin of history, a dead nation.
Syria
Syria will fall to the Islamic Sunni jihadists, driving out the Alluwate and Christians, as well as suppressing the Shiites. Syria will also become a major battle ground in the war with Israel that Turkey will launch.
Syrian patriots will attack and bog down Turkish forces, fighting them throughout much of Syria, especially in the cities.
Jordan
Jordan will ride out this year as a neutral nation, keeping down their own Sunni fanatics with brutal force. However, Jordan will have to deal with a mass influx of driven out West Bank Palestinians.
Egypt
With its tourist economy dead, the fanatic ran Egypt will face economic ruin. Much of the manufacturing will also flee, along with much of the intellectual capital. In a desperate bid to stave off a military led coup, the Islamics will help launch the war on Israel.
While the Israeli army will be busy fighting with the Turks on the north, the airforce will carve up much of the Egyptian army as it drives through the Sinai. Egyptian forces will reach the Israeli borders and will drive into southern Israel but will not get far, their supply lines over stretched and heavily damaged. Once Russia enters the war, Turkey’s main forces will be pulled back to the Russian front and Israel will counter attack, driving the Egyptians out of the Sinai and closing the Suez Canal. Israeli missiles will destroy the dams along the Nile causing massive destruction downstream.
Egypt will pull out of the war within 3 months of entry, its economy destroyed, its key cities devastated, having lost the Sinai and with a military civil war between the moderate and Islamic forces.
Israel
Israel will suffer heavily in the war, its cities will be under heavy fire by missiles and aircraft bombs. Israel will survive, loosing over 20% of its population. It will take this opportunity to drive out the Muslim Palestinians from both Gaza and the West Bank.
Saudi Arabia and Iran
While at first supporting the Turkish drive, both with limited military assets and money, SA will soon be faced with a stark reality. With NATO’s collapse and the US retreat, Saudi Arabia will have lost its main military protector and will watch helplessly as Turkey is dismembered, like a Christmas bird. Across the border, Iran will waste little time securing its positions in Iraq and will cause a major standoff over the Straights. Along the Persian Gulf, Iranian backed Shiites will become a major problem for the Sunni Arabs. The area will remain tense but mostly peaceful.
Libya
Endless civil war.
Sudan/South Sudan
This year will see a continuation of the war between these two states. Neither side will get to far, before Sudan collapses from its own civil war, between the black Arabs and the African tribes. Ethiopia will finally step in, crushing the last vestiges of the Sudanese military. South Sudan will become a protectorate of Ethiopia.
Ethiopia
Ethiopia will become the full power house of East Africa. It will crush the remains of the Sudanese military and its own will be on the borders of South Sudan. It will reenter the Somalia mess, beating down the Islamics and will form an active alliance with the Kenyan Christians driving out the Somali Islamic from northern Kenya, back into war torn Somalia.
South Africa
Taking advantage of the total global chaos, the Marxist fanatics of the black South African government will launch a final solution on the white population. The Boers will retreat into their own well armed enclaves, recreating the Boer republics and will fight it out with the SA forces, which themselves will lose their white components. There may be an alliance with the Zulus. Many non Boer whites will either join the Boers or flee the massacres.
Afghanistan
NATO forces in Afghanistan will face total catastrophe and the majority will be cut off and destroyed, unable to be evacuated out of Afghanistan. Iran will allow German, French and Italian forces out through its borders, as a show of good faith to the FR. US, UK and other forces will face disaster. Some will make it and be allowed into Uzbekistan, most will perish, along with the Karazai government.
Pakistan
Pakistan will collapse, as a full-fledged civil war gets under way. The Pakistani missile forces will secure the nuclear weapons and disarm them, so that the Islamic fanatics will not be able to use them, except as dirty bombs. Many will be smuggled out of the country to either India or Iran for safe keeping.
India
India will sit back and enjoy this year, working on its economy whose export markets will have collapsed. With China in the middle of a hard landing and Pakistan collapsing, there will be minimum security threats to India. Have fun this year.
China
China will have a full economic meltdown, or in today’s jargon, a Hard Landing. What started with the property crash in October 2011, will only pick up steam. With the continued economic collapse of the EU and US, demand for exports will all but dry up. Internally, China will have hundreds of thousands of protests (last year it was measured at 180,000 protests alone). It will have a full insurgency again in East Turkmenistan (Xingjian) and in Tibet. These will be put down eventually, but the Chinese giant will be on its knees for years to come, dealing with the super Keynesian economic collapse and various street battles. What will arise in a half decade to a decade will be a much stronger and far more dangerous China.
Japan
Japan will spend the year rebuilding and reshaping Asia. With China temporarily out of the way, Japan will move quickly to first help S.Korea re-conquer N.Korea and two, to form a close alliance of the South China Sea, that is, with Taiwan, which Japan will recognize as an independent state, the Philippines and Vietnam. Japan will also work hard to entrench alliance with Russia, based on economics, while working for secession of Hawaii from a flailing and failing US. US forces will be asked to leave by the end of the year.
Koreas
This could finally be the year of reunification. With a weak new ruler and its master China on its knees, the N.Koreans will face heavy unrest and a military coup, which will lead to an “invitation” for S.Korea to enter the nation. Backed by Japan, S.Korea will reunify the nation, with little real fighting.

2010, The Saga Continues
Once again it is that time of year, where the minds of the world prognoses the future of humanity, for at least a year to come. In light of this tradition and for a second year running, I will endeavor to do the same.
As I said last year, 2009 was a gloomy year, though not quite a bad as I predicted. Of course, this does not mean I was wrong, only that with Herculean efforts, the worst was put off to a bit later, though not stopped only stalled.
Upcoming in this year will be the second fall in the Global Depression. This will start with nations failing in their sovereign debt and will quickly spiral out of control for vast areas, followed by more break down in civil order and war. Oil prices will not rise to much further in real value, though they will to some degree in dollars as inflation kicks in and pushes things up, even as a lack of demand drives prices down. However, by the end of the year, oil will see a large increase due to supply constraints caused by geopolitical issues: first in Mexico, than in Venezuela and finally in the Persian Gulf.
Russia
As I said, Russia came through the economic collapse relatively without major pain and exited recession in 3qtr. Russia will face further crisis in 2010, spurred by outside forces, however stability will reign again. The economy will briefly reenter recession and the government will be forced spend much of its remaining reserves to uphold the nation. Revenues will also go down, as world economic demand sinks.
However, being largely self sustaining, Russia will continue through and will continue to lower taxes and regulation on small businesses. Immigration from the EU and the US as well as companies flocking to open new facilities to escape the government strangulation of business in America and Europe and the vast areas of unrest, will pickup.
The collapse of Ukraine and the upcoming war with Georgia will present new opportunities, as well as improving ties with China and Japan. Ukraine will split and much of it will be on its way to absorption into Russia, as is Abkhazia and S.Ossessia. Georgia will be a protectorate.
War and civil war in Mexico, Venezuela and the Persian Gulf will push oil prices up even as demand continues to fall and Russia will be the only safe source on a large scale.
America
In a word, slow strangulation. First will come the socialized medicine, followed by the cap and trade and finally the forced increase in interest rates, as no one will want to buy the debt of the world's biggest beggar who is busy murdering its own economy.
Many companies will flee the US, shifting their registrations and headquarters from America to other nations with lower levels of insane regulation and taxation. Further, the crunch will force one state after another to bankrupt. The American federal government will find itself in a situation of either letting the suffering spread, before their parliamentary elections or printing money and spending with abandon to avoid the pain around election time and off set it a bit further. Thus will start the final phase of run away inflation.
The American Marxists will face a third "radical" party of conservatives, who will threaten their One Party Two Branch monopoly and will in the end require strong security and military reactions.
Disaster in Afghanistan and renewed major unrest in Iraq will only spur the feeling of instability as additionally, Mexico's civil war will continue to spill over into America.
Strong independence movements will become mainstream in Texas, southern California, Alaska and much of the old Confederacy. Pro independence terrorism will start to appear, along side a vast upsurge of SJS (Sudden Jihad Syndrome) amongst the Islamic members of America. All in all беспорядок.
Mexico
While Mexico avoided a total collapse in 2009, it situation continued to deteriorate, non the less. In 2010, the Cartels will no longer aim to fight the government's assault upon their business interests but will take direct steps to over throw the central government. Already stealing billions in oil revenues directly from the oil pipelines, the cartels will seek to totally disrupt the last major money maker of the Mexican central authorities. Oil pipelines will be exploded, workers shot. Some time around the summer, Cartel gunmen on speed boats will start to raid Gulf of Mexico platforms, first only Mexican but steadily expanding to the US. Cruise ships, pleasure yachts and fishing ships will also come under fire and raiding.
The US will be forced to pull in its military resources from the Persian Gulf and other areas to deal with this disaster to its commerce. Inadvertently, I believe, this will off rail the Sunni Obama's war plans on Shie Iran. However, the Gulf will still be set ablaze, read more further down.
Crime and attacks will quickly spill across the open borders into America, bringing additional tensions to the USA.
South America
South American regimes will continue to go leftist and will some what consolidate. Venezuela will further bankrupt and its oil output will continue to diminish quickly, as one oil services company after another abandons the country for lack of pay. Chavez is already in arrears over $5 billion with no hope of paying it off, as oil prices will not increase. To take his people's minds off of the state of affairs, he will ratchet up the war talk with fellow Russian weapons client Columbia. This will evolve into a full fledged war. The war will start with a bang as both sides throw everything into it but will grind to a half and drag out as small infantry skirmishes and battles all up and down the jungle.
UK
The collapse will continue to accelerate and the Right wing English BNP,Defense League, UK Independence Party will gain huge moves in popularity. They will be poised to sweep election, even the snap elections that the Labour (Bolshevik)- Tori (Menshevik) two branch system will pull out of the bag at the last minute. Various feel good events and crisis will be held to push the vote to the established police state rulers. Islamics will be harnessed to attempt to intimidate the nationalists and battles will break out in the streets. Elections will go to the establishment, regardless and will be viewed by the majority of the public as stolen.
Street battles between the growing force of nationalists and the Islamic-leftist union will continue to escalate and actual casualties will start to mount. The police will be caught in the middle and will suffer accordingly. Several Islamic terrorist events of mass carnage will finally tip the country, towards the end of the year, into an ethnic cleansing as authority breaks down. There will be mass expulsions and pogroms and out and out engagements between the nationalists and government/leftist/Islamics. Many of the nationalists will choose a royal to rally around, perhaps Prince Harry.
There will be further fighting between the nationalists and various Scottish/Welsh independence groups who will take this chance to make their break.
All in all, England will not have a jolly year.
Spain
Spain will have elections and a center right government will win. This will be complimented by at least one mass casualty terror by home grown Islamics. Localized pogroms will ensue.
France
The government will continue to lean further left, as seems to be the nature of France, on economics while leaning further right on Islamics and immigration. A referendum similar to Switzerland's will be held and the majority of the people will voice their views against Islam. Riots will break out, especially as the recovery will be shallow and will dip back to recession.
France's business and tourism will also suffer from renewed unrest. The government will eventually be forced to declare martial law in affected areas.
Italy
Berlusconi's popularity will continue to rise and Italy, especially with the Northern League will take a much more right wing approach to both business, cutting taxes and services and boosting the economy, and immigration, driving out illegals. Violence against gypsies will escalate mark-ably. Italy will continue improving relations with Lybia and will form joint patrols to keep subSahara Africans out of Italy and will aid Lybia to do the same for their southern borders.
Germany
Germany will continue developing relationships with Russia at an accelerated speed. They will actively block American drives to get Ukraine, Georgia and Turkey into the EU and will work to curtail America's growing and desperate demands for troops for NATO's boondoggles. German anger at America after the Opel fiasco will continue to grow as the Obama regime makes one blunder after another. Germany will take a very active role in pushing America out of Europe and European affairs and the bad blood will become very thick.
Trade between Russia and Germany will grow faster than at any time in the past 20 years and will go a long way to keeping both economies running while others collapse. German banks will suffer from their exposure to Poland and Hungary.
Turkish violence will continue to rise and the Germans will work actively to clap it down. Vigilantly anti-Islamic violence will also rise. A rise in Catholicism will be the back lash to the Islamic renewals.
Poland
Poland's economy will finally get its comeuppance. They have spent very liberally to contain the recession/depression but 2010 will be the year the easy cash finally runs out. Poland's belligerence towards Russia and its puppet status for the US will hurt it severely in economics as Germany and Russia's trade grows, leaving Poland out.
Failed US support and failed bid to lead an eastern portion of the EU will undermine the Polish government. While Poland will remain relatively stable, its economy and prospects will continue to sink.
Baltics
If the absolute collapse could get any worse, it will in the Baltics. Mass unemployment will worsen until only the minority has jobs. At this point there will be mass unrest and the EU/UN will begin to bring food in to feed the masses.
Lithuania will move markably towards Russia and will attempt to develop some amounts of trade and business. Russia will assist it with loans for Lithuania's new loyalty. Poland and the US/UK will work to counter this and over throw the Lithuanian government through continued instability.
Estonia and Latvia will be swept by Nazi regimes, who will blame everything on the Russian minority. Street battles will erupt, plunging both nations into chaos. EU/Russian peace keepers will be deployed to keep the two sides separate and a UN commission will be launched.
Greece
Greece will be the first European nation to default on its sovereign debt. Total economic collapse will follow and rioting will escalate past last year's. By mid summer, the government will be paralyzed and the military, backed by the Orthodox Church will seize power. Islamics will stage demonstrations that will turn bloody and there will be at least a few minor terrorist acts. A full cleansing of the Islamics and Albanians will proceed throughout Greece. Greek relations with Turkey will be on the edge of war.
Romania and Bulgaria
Both will be rocked by continued social unrest sparked by a continuing worsening of the economies and mass corruption of the governments. The Orthodox Church in both countries will gain significant influence.
Bosnia
Tensions in Bosnia will boil over into a low level insurgency between Srpska Republic and the Muslim dominated authorities. The Croats will make protesting and rioting into a common event.
Serbia
As Serbia's economic woes continue to mount, the Radicals will win the elections, drawing Serbia fully into the Russian camp. Various US/UK media reports will go to extremes to demonize the Serbs. Radovan Karadzic will be found guilty of war crimes and than quickly die from a heart attack in the Hag. Brussels will make more demands for more victims from the Serbs for its kangaroo trials. This will cause a major political stand off between the Radicals and the EU police state, drawing in Russia's weight on the side of the Serbs.
The domino effect will be fast and furious.
Once NATO steps aside and does nothing to loose yet more troops to the Serb army, the signal will be clear. The KLA will flee into Greece, Makedonia and Albania. In Albania, they will destabilize the already weak government and the state, by the end of the year will be in the process of collapsing. Makedonia will find itself once more mired in a civil war. This time, though, a weak US will not be able to stop Makedonia's neighbors from arming the Orthodox Christian state against the Islamic-Narco insurgency.
Turkey
Turkey's Islamic parties will make a bid for total power and will purge the secularists from the military. The Turkish economy will continue to suffer and will loose the Russian tourism business as Islamic law begins to take full hold. Turkey's insurgency with the Kurds will also escalate and the Turks will make more drives into Iraq's Kurdistan, coordinating with the Iranians. Turkey's northern Cyprus will feel new unrest as southern Cyprus, backed by a renewed right wing Greece begins to agitate for Greek right of return.
Ukraine
Ukraine will be the main story of 2010, as far as absolutely failed states go. The upcoming January elections will not bring stability or peace but will instead exasperate the political infighting further, coupled with economic depression, Kiev will loose total control of the nation. Riots and demonstrations will break out in Kiev, as diehards of all sides seek to gain control of the government. The Rada (Parliament) will be riddled with the infighting and will be absolutely effective in doing nothing.
Crimea will declare out and out independence and will ask Russia for incorporation in to the Russian Federation. Die hard western Ukrainian Nazis will pour in to Crimea, backed by elements of the security forces to "establish" order. This will cause a full scale battle and will bring Russian marines directly into combat with Una-Unso and their Western backers. The US/UK intelligence will activate their Crimean Tartar elements and being a terror jihad on the peninsula. Unfortunately for the less than bright leadership of the Tartars, being on a peninsula, with no Islamic state to run and hide in and being outnumbered 4 to 1 by Russian/Ukrainian people will prove the Jihad a short and bloody affair and result in whole sale expulsion and pogroms of the Tartars. Some terror activity, with Western backing will continue, from the rugged canyons and mountains.
Eastern Ukraine will ask for Russian recognition as an independent state and will be granted it. Moves will begin to form a "union of equal states" of Russia, Belarus, Abkhazia, S.Ossessia and East Bank Ukraine. West Bank Ukraine will also fall into bickering and fighting between die hard ultra nationalists and EU puppets as well as Polish backers. Poland will move actively to intervene and dominate the local politics, which, considering Poland's long history of murder and oppression in the region, will spectacularly back fire.
Georgia
That Saakashvili is still in power, shows how much I underestimated the lack of will and organization of the various opposition. This will continue, as the opposition beats itself in the chest as proud opponents of the regime but proves to be castrated mice, unwilling and unable to do much more than squeak loudly and run away.
However, as the situation worsens in Ukraine, the Obama regime will start to egg the insane Saakashvili to do "something". This something will take the form of aid and munitions to the Islamic jihadists, but at a much larger scale than before, as Washington desperately attempts to ignite the Caucus wars of the the 1990s and draw off Russian resources. This direct aid will be exposed by internal elements opposed to the Saakashvili regime and will spark a diplomatic and military stand off. When Saakashvili, still believing in his Western masters, fails to back down, President Medvedev will be forced to launch an airborne assault into the Pankisi Gorge and this in turn will spark the second Russian-Georgian war. Tbilisi will fall about 1.5 weeks later.
Israel
Netanyahu's regime and that of Obama will continue to have a falling out as the US will simply move to conclude a "peace" upon Israel, backed by the UK and EU, though the Germans will be secretly playing a double game. Israel will of course refuse and DC will do everything to undermine the state and government, while giving aid to the PLA. Rocket attacks and terrorism will pickup markably. Israel will continue to make noises about Iran but will not move nor will get directly involved in the Persian Gulf inferno that will sweep the region.
Persian Gulf
The entirety of the region will all into an all out civil war and disruption, a catastrophe for the region, but because of which oil will grow quickly in price, while world jihad, with Saudi money busy at home, will fall off. The final break downs have already begun with Dubai's default on its debts, which will spread and the open war in Yemen between Shia and Yemenis/Saudi Sunnis with Washington's direct military backing and engagement.
The war will spread, first with demonstrations and than fighting by Shia in Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE. UAE's slave labour of Pakistanis, Indians, Filipinos and Afghans will also rise up and demolish the government and Sunni Arab control in the region. Iran will aid all of these directly with intelligence, military and money.
Saudi Arabia will redirect its Jihadist elements at Iran, causing various wide spread mass casualty terror attacks and will attempt to destroy Iran's ports. Between the two, the Straights of Hormuz will be closed and neutral shipping will be endangered. US elements will be engaged with Iran on and off without any full declaration of war, as a break down at home and in the Gulf of Mexico taxes available assets.
Iraq will again explode into full scale civil war as Iran activates its assets and launches a fight to pin down US elements.
Afghanistan
US/NATO forces will be unable to control the nation even with extra military assets. The fighting will escalate and so will casualties. The drive to reduce casualties by pulling in the out flung bases will result in the Taliban holding all of the countryside by night, in the central and southern provinces. Russian support will never materialize, as Russian public opinion is strongly against aiding the Americans or NATO. NATO's strain will be such that one nation after another will declare an end to the commitments and begin withdrawals.
Pakistan
Pakistan will continue trending towards full break down. The government will continue to run out of money and will make louder demands on the IMF and the Americans for more cash, staking not only crackdowns on insurgents but threats to aid them directly if not given money. Washington's efforts to turn the government into fully puppets will only cost the central authorities even more control, and insurgents wills stage staggering attacks throughout Pakistan.
Koreas
N.Korea will finally collapse. The government will be given asylum in China, effectively house arrest. South Korea will reunify the nation. This will cause a strain on resources but an over all boost to the economy. Anti-Americanism will rise sharply as Korea begins talks with the Americans on closing all American bases.
India
India will continue to struggle with its economy. The fact that transports are now moving at 14 knots instead of 24 will create a greater feeling of isolation for many businesses producing physical goods in India, increasing delivery times by 30%. India will also face large scale Maoist rebellions in the undeveloped and poverty strapped country side. The government will be forced to push development into these provinces or face continued and growing security issues. As such, India will move towards developing more internal demand and relying less on exporting to bring in wealth. India will pace much less pressure from Pakistan this year, however, as Pakistan's internal collapse will result in less organized efforts in Kashmir and all along the Indian border. India will also renew its efforts in northern Afghanistan, covertly, along with Russia and Iran, arming and preparing the former Northern Alliance for when the US/NATO retreats.
China
This is the year that China will face the canary in the mine and ignore it's hanging corpse.
China, who has taken bubble blowing to unprecedented levels. It has masked over capacity by doing something incredibly stupid, increasing that capacity further and further, and using the extra capacity in the creation of yet more capacity. Sure, this puts off judgment day by a few years, but it is coming and 2010 will be that day. World demand has not only not returned to the levels of 2007, and Chinese production capacity is well above what it was in 2007, but what demand has remained, is now being guarded by every economy to make sure its means of satisfying that demand, and thus providing jobs, stays at home. China, reacting like a blind sided, and spoiled brat who is used to everyone pandering to it, has swung out at the world and wound up in trade wars with the EU, US and Russia. Of course, this only further cuts demand for that ever expanding capacity. Judgment day is indeed here, as the majority of China's citizens, who make up the shoeless peasants and the near slave labourers in the plants, will never be able to afford what they produce.
China will react to any growing disruptions the same way they have always, with bullets. For that reason, the Chinese central authorities will continue to hold power but there will be flare ups and open rebellion in one province after another. Beijing's tactics will become as brutal as necessary to hold power.
Beijing will also use the opportunity of N.Korea's collapse and the reunification of the Koreas to push American influence out of the region, working with the Korean government and the new socialists in Japan to rid the area of the Americans, in exchange to wide open market access in China.
Japan
Japan will continue to struggle, neither in recovery or recession but in the wavy gray zone in between. Internationally, Japan will move much closer to China and will utilize this trade to grow its economy and keep its citizenry calm. Japan will also move to push the US out of its territories, with rising Japanese nationalism being the major factor.
Japan will work with China and Korea to recreate its Co-Prosperity League, though this time with a lot less Japanese domination involved. If successful, this will be the first stop to pull the rest east Asia in and to dominate it.

What Is In Store for Us: (Gloomy predictions for 2009)
The new year, dear readers, will not be a good year. We are living in the proverbial Chinese "interesting times" and 2009 promises to do its best to keep things "interesting" So on with the show.
Russia
There will be scattered protests and some will turn violent as the economy worsens. The government's plans to sustain industrial production, in the heavy industries, and to weaken the ruble and implement high tariffs will have the desired effects of keeping the nation from all out recession. Inflation will continue, though at a smaller pace, due to the overall global deflationary manner. Over all, the Russian economy will prove one of the strongest in the general world collapse.
The Russian military will continue to rebuild, as part of the government spending programs to keep heavy industry going. Weapon sales will also increase as wars and tensions spread due to the crisis.
The Anglo-Marxist drive to start a new Cold War will only increase and monies spent on "democratic" initiatives will increase. This will cause Other Russia to be emboldened enough to create more spectacles for Western financing and consumption. Eventually one or two will turn very violent and there will be deaths. The Russian government will label the National Bolshevik Workers' Party as a terrorist organization and arrest its leaders. The NBWP will turn to actual terror and there will be a small home grown terrorist threat throughout Russia. In general, the government will launch a major drive to clamp down on the skin heads. Gary Kasparov will flee to America where he will become rich making anti-Russian speeches and creating new anti-Russian hatred in the Anglo-Marxist sphere.
The demographic upswing will also suffer with fewer births, requiring more spending by the government to encourage people to continue having children. On the plus side, the inflow of the diasporas will increase, as conditions outside of Russia deteriorate and Russophobia spreads in the Anglo-Marxist sphere.
America
The new year is going to bring major suffering to the US economy and society. On the one hand, the Bank Panic of 2008, started in and by America, will continue to ravage the recessioned economy. On the other hand, large swaths of the American demographic, who voted for Obama, are expecting miracles that the US government simply can not provide.
As industry after industry lines up for government handouts and large scale money printing to meet those demands escalates, the depressionary bought will, by mid year, turn into a raging inflationary bonfire. Savings will disappear over night. Add to this continued mass layoffs that will reach another 2 to 3 million people, and an unofficial unemployment rate of 15%+ (official US statistics are so doctored as to make them worthless), a series of wars that will continue to drain lives and treasure and the dashed hopes of tens of millions and the US is in for a very hot and horrid summer.
Demonstrations, riots and looting will break out in various sections of the country, hardest hit by
the collapsing economy. The government, which in the US has a history of using draconian tactics once violence starts (or as in the case of Seattle in 1998 there was no need for violence for the police to unleash hell on peaceful demonstrators) will lead to casualties and an escalation of tensions. The US army's North America command will be called in to affect areas, forcing martial law and gun confiscations.
By late summer, early fall, the foundations of the Civilian Defense Corp will be laid down. Echos of the Waffen SS anyone?
On the international front, the US will continue its imperial hubris, though maybe with a little more of a kinder face, but do not bet on it. Europe's disappointment will come fast.
Mexico
Mexico will face complete collapse as a nation. With the US economy in free fall, tourism drying up, masses of uneducated peasants returning or being returned from the US, a raging drug war throughout the north and a Marxist insurgency in the south, the Mexican government will face mass unrest, military coups and revolts and ultimately a full failed state status.
Violence will escalate to unprecedented levels and will spill over the northern borders into America. This may actually justify a US incursion, though the Americans will be hard pressed to find enough troops to do this.
South America
The major economies of south America will go through a lot of turmoil and suffering but should maintain relatively stable states. This is not their first time going down this road. Regimes will fall and change and by mid to late 2009, a low platue will be reached. The main nations to watch out for are Columbia and Venezuela. A simmering border war may flare up into a full scale conflict. However, since both now have military contracts and agreements with Russia, Russia should be able to keep the violence to a minimum.
UK
The economic collapse in the UK will continue a foot with the US. Rights of the citizens will continue to be usurped by the state and all pretenses of civil rights will disappear after the Islamics in the city center start to agitate and push out through direct violence all remaining British nationals. England will start to look a lot like Sweden with the cities owned by the immigrant Islamics and the refugee locals forced to pay the Islamics' welfare.
Once the majority starts leaning to the hard right and violence starts to break out between the military Islamics and the ultra nationalists, the UK government will drop all pretenses of the citizens rights and clamp down with martial law. Welcome to the Police State. If the public does not rise up at this point, the UK is lost.
To keep the audience nice and fearful, look for the British powers to escalate a Cold War with Russia, at any cost.
Spain
Spain will have elections and a center right government will win.
France
France will have early elections and will take a hard left turn. However, the Islamic ghettos will be blocked off as violence escalates. Watch for more socialist ordnances forcing businesses to hire more workers, whether they need them or not.
Italy
Ethnic cleansing of the gypsies and Islamic Arabs will pick up pace. The vigilante outfits will be nationalized, rather than just ignored by the police. Whatever tolerance there is now, will evaporate as the economy of Italy continues to shrink and there is less money to share between unemployed Italians and welfare immigrants. Italy will take a hard right.
Germany
Germany will continue moving to the right in politics. It's conservative economic stance and banking, along with a robust manufacturing industry will set it as a stable center of the EU. Watch for Germany to take on prominence like never before in Europe.
As Germany's economic stability, or relative stability, holds the EU together, the EU's economic policy will start to reflect the German desires and the Euro will finally attain a single unified strategy, that of Germany, who will not broach a US competitor in the EU.
Two things will grow from this. One Germany's relationship with fellow manufacturer and oil/gas producer Russia will grow. From this and the German desire to lead Europe, friction between Merkel and an imperial Obama will also grow. US attempts to undermine EU (thus German) economic links to Russia, through the use of Poland and the Baltics, will be noted and despised by the Germans as a whole. Germany will work hard to side line and minimize a collapsing Poland.
Poland
As its economy collapses, Poland will become even more of a puppet for the US regime. It will work hard to undermine EU efforts to expand relations with Russia. However, Poland's moment is past and the Germans, along with help from that moronically named "old europe" France and Italy, will work hard to side line and minimize Poland as a whole in the EU. Though the Poles will not be kicked out, their economic freebies by the EU will be put under threat until they shut up and sit down.
At the same time, sky rocketing unemployment, already higher than 15% (the average standard in Poland) will undermine any government strength.
Baltics
Look for total economic collapse from the Baltics, much more so than anything the IMF will be willing to fund. Estonia and Latvia will continue taking a hard turn to racism against their very large Russian minorities. This, by the middle of the year, will break out into serious violence. Russian tanks will be on their borders and the EU will move quickly to shut them down, even as the US will attempt to sacrifice the pawns to cause a heat up of it's new Cold War. In the end, Estonia and Latvia, in 2009, will more than likely collapse into absolute anarchy and possibly failed states.
Lithuania is more stable and will take a more neutral roll. It will work closer with both Germany and Russia and will thus maintain a more stable, though still struggling economy. It will be faced, though, with a major influx of economic refugees from its two failed neighbors.
Balkans
For the Balkans as general, look for war in 2009. It will start with increased violence against the EU and NATO in Kosovo from the drug cartels who run the failed statelete. With NATO on the retreat in Afghanistan, split over Russia, Serbia will finally take the move to re annex Kosovo and drive the KLA and Albanian mafia out of the region. This will be sparked by KLA Islamics starting more terror in southern Serbia and the threat against the Serb minority there.
Greece will also find itself with an active Albanian insurgency, on a much higher level than the few violent incidents scattered so far. In the end, Greece will eject its Albanian workers and may even be drawn actively into the collapsing Albania, if for no other reason than to protect the 25% Orthodox Albanian minority.
In Bosnia, Srpska Republic, using the Kosovo standard, will declare independence and ask to return to Serbia's borders. This will of course reignite the Bosnian three way civil war, for which all three sides are ready. NATO will attempt to stop the deterioration but after several violent incidents, member nations will withdraw their troops or remask them as UN observers.
Croatia and Serbia will meet once more on the battle field of Europe as Bosnia is equally flooded by a new wave of Arab and Pakistani Jihadists.
Turkey
Turkey's economy will continue to crash as with everyone else. It's exports will not be in demand and will lead to large scale lay offs. The ever more Islamized government will finally lead to at least one military putsch to replace them with secular powers. As conditions deteriorate, the Kurds will relaunch an active insurgency, which will also strain Turkey's resources since it will need to be further interjected into Iraq's Kurdish north.
Ukraine
Ukraine's economy will continue to collapse and the Western puppet Oranges will continue to bicker and feed off of the suffering of the people as they maneuver for power against each other. The crisis point will come this spring, when no obvious economic turn around will be on the horizon. Ukraine will more than likely split in two. The east/south will become a close satellite of Russia, while the west will struggle on. Whether this is peaceful or violent will depend directly on how much the West stays out of this.
Georgia
Unbelievably, Saakashvili will continue to cling to power through the first half of the year. Under Washington's prodding, in early spring, he will relaunch the war and than be removed in a coup by his former allies. Moscow's response will, more than likely, be to not stop until Tbilisi. What will follow next will depend on how strong Russia feels, how weak and slow the West's response is, but annexation is not out of the question.
Israel
Israel will face a protracted series of wars on its borders, primarily in Lebanon and Egypt's Sinai and Gaza. Syria will also attempt to start one in the Golan Heights but this will pitter out. Olmert will finally be put to pastor, in a nice jail cell as he stands corruption charges. Netanyahu will more than likely be president, and being a pragmatist, he will take a much closer position to Russia, as Washington's influence falls. Russia will be pressed further to stop sales to Arabs of weapons, in exchange for Israeli loyalty and investments.
Iran
With a continued economic down turn, Iran will be rocked by riots. Whether the mullahs stay in power will be yet to be seen. The nuclear power plant will start, no one will bomb them and no nuclear weapons will be developed. The US will continue to threaten with its military but these threats will be ignored by everyone, as hollow.
Iraq
Iraq will continue to grind on, from crisis to crisis, not quite in a full civil war and not nearly in any kind of peace. One or two car bombs a day will continue to be the norm. The US will start 2009 by flexing troops to Afghanistan. The drop in numbers will not last long as fighting will quickly escalate and the units will have to be returned. In other words, the American quagmire is going nowhere as is Obama's promise to remove troops in 16 months.
Turkey will be forced to intervene more actively in Kurdistan, which will bring more instability to the region.
Afghanistan
Afghanistan will become a NATO disaster, one big enough to possibly finally split the old Cold War club. The southern supply routes will be unreliable at best, downright a disaster at worst, running through Pakistan. Many NATO nations involved will be forced to sign contracts and agreements with Russia. The US' drive to get Georgia and Ukraine into NATO will be further blocked by nations such as Germany, who has the foresight to understand it needs Russia not only for economics but also for the survival of its troops in Afghanistan.
This of course will further alienate the US puppet NATO/EU "new europe" states such as Poland and the Baltics.
As a whole, NATO control over the southern and central portions of the country will collapse. The northern warlords will also switch their loyalty to their traditional allies: Iran, Russia and India. Afghanistan's government will control little more than the main cities and even then it will be a state of constant terror and siege.
By the middle of the year, it will be obvious the war is lost and NATO member states will start a mad scramble to get their troops out. Only the US and British will remain.
Pakistan
Pakistan will fall into an all out civil war, loosing control of much of the country side. The question of the safety of its nuclear weapons will be a prominent headache for the world but nothing real will be done. At least one border war will be fought with India and will be declared a draw by the weak Pakistani authorities. The economy will continue its down ward spiral and the flight of talent will only accelerate.
Militants will begin to launch brazen attacks throughout the cities and the military will be mostly in a garrison, circle the wagons mentality. Some military strikes on militants will be carried out but will not solve the problems.
Khyber Pass will be ultimately cut off by insurgents on both ends, making Afghanistan an even bigger debacle.
India
India will continue to suffer from business flight, as demand continues to crash. It's geographical isolation from the main centers of commerce will further hamper the situation, as fewer maritime transports are plying the sea lanes. Continued tensions with Pakistan and continued Pakistani and Maoist terrorism and violence will further damage the business environment.
Over all, India will suffer like any primarily exporter nation, but she will come through relatively sound, with fewer internal divisions than many nations. Look for a broad border war to start by late spring, with Pakistan. After initial gains, India will bog down into a prolonged series of battles. Under massive external pressure and internal pressure and the cracking of Pakistan, both sides will make peace. India will claim all out victory, though most of its objectives will not be met and Pakistan will claim victory because it averted total defeat.
China
China is in for an era of major instability. The 100,000+ factories that closed in 2008 will be followed by as many in 2009. The Chinese domestic consumption market is just to small to suck up more than 20% of the production it presently has. China will be further weakened by the hyper inflating dollar. Friction will come between China and America in late summer, when it will become obvious to China that the US is hyper inflating its way out of the US debt that China holds, making its investments worthless. In response, China will nationalize all US factories on the main land.
This act will at once bankrupt dozens of US companies and further crash the already chronically ill American economy and it will force a trade war on the US that may force it to bring some production back in, once the equipment can be replaced.
Either way, look for US/Chinese relations to be down right hostile by the end of 2009. Internally, China will suffer much instability and rioting, as hundreds of millions of unneeded factory workers are forced back into their dirt poor farming villages. Luckily for the Chinese authorities and no so luckily for the citizens, extreme violence is always a top option for China's authorities ad will be used often and to effect.
Japan
While Japan's export base economy will suffer for the same reason the rest of the world is suffering, Japan still retains a strong, well educated and affluent society. Along with strict cultural cohesion and a high rate of savings, Japan will maintain much of its wealth. Protectionist measures have secured most of Japan's industry inside of Japan.
This, coupled with the weak US, will prompt Japan to recreate, albeit without war this time, a new Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere, drawing into it's orbit various other local nations. Through 2009 there will be polite friction, as Japan pushes US influence out of central Pacific rim and south east Asia. As the dollar falls to hyper inflation, the Yen will be seen, by the second half of 2009, as the standard barer of Asian stability and success and will come to replace the dollar as the dominant power in that portion of the world.
Japan will see Russia as, at once, both a key energy supplier and trade partner and as a competitor to Asian domination, though a minor competitor. With China ripped by strife, Japan will have a free hand in Asia.
